Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Red Cabbage - finely shredded
  • 4 sprig Onion - green part only, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the cabbage, spring onions/scallions, and parsley in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and white wine vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly before serving.
