Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1.5 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Lemon - juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoon Tamari - wheat free

Instructions
 

  • To make the sauce, heat a large skillet over high heat and add sesame seeds to the pan. Toast until fragrant, about 3 minutes and remove from heat and pan. Pulse toasted seeds in a blender or food processor until a course powder is created. Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, and tamari and blend until combined.

Notes

We recommend using Thai Kitchen brand tamari, or any gluten free tamari.
