Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 0.5 Fresh Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint
  • 1 Lime - juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Champagne Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • To make the herb vinegar, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and liquefy. Serve with fish, beef, or vegetables.
