GutRx Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Lemon - juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley - minced

Instructions
 

  • To make the sauce, heat a small sauce pan to medium high and combine coconut oil, olive oil, lemon juice, and capers. Stir for about 5 minutes while simmering, and increase heat to high.
  • Once reduced to a thicker sauce, add minced parsley and turn off heat. Serve with chicken or fish.
