GutRx Curry Spiced Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Chop carrots into ½ inch sized pieces, and place parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Drizzle carrots with olive oil, season with salt, and mix together curry powder, cinnamon, and cumin in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the spice mix over the carrots and mix further with hands, tossing the carrots. Bake for 20 minutes, or until carrots are tender. Take them out half way through to mix or flip over to cook evenly.
  • Cutting them on the diagonal makes them extra pretty!
