GutRx Curry Sauteed Okra

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Mustard Seed
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 0.25 Ground Turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon Fennel Seed
  • 2 cup Okra - chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • To make the okra, heat a medium sized skillet over high with coconut oil. Add the spices, and saute until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the okra and saute for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper last.
