GutRx Creamy Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro - stems (loosely packed, removed and roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice - (about 1/2 lime, more to taste)
  • 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Milk - canned, no gums added
  • 4 tablespoon Garlic Chives

Instructions
 

  • To make the dressing, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).

Notes

We recommend Native Forest canned full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
