Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Carrot - grated
  • 0.25 Red Cabbage - thinl sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley - washed, leaves picked
  • 2 Green Onion - sliced (green part only)
  • 3.5 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the carrot, cabbage, parsley, and green onions together. Stir in the mayonnaise until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more mayonnaise or some lemon juice to thin it out.
