Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Cauliflower Florettes
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until soft. Drain the water, then place in a high-powered blender. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
