Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
  • 2 drop Liquid Stevia Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Gelatin Powder
  • 0.25 cup Warm Water

Instructions
 

  • Restricted, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low FODMAP.Mix the coconut milk, vanilla powder, and liquid stevia in a bowl. Melt the gelatin in a small bowl with the warm water, then stir into the coconut mixture.
  • Pour into four small glasses and place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.
