To make the overnight oats, combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then add all other ingredients except the berries. Mix well.
Gently fold in the berries. The mixture should be very runny but don’t be alarmed – the oats and seeds will soak it all up overnight! Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Once ready to eat top with yogurt (homemade 24 hour yogurt preferred) and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
