Tropical Macadamia Nut Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 0.33 cup Macadamia Nuts - (soak for 30 minutes, rinse, and discard liquid)
  • 2 scoop Protein Powder
  • 0.33 Banana - frozen
  • 0.5 Papaya
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 0.13 cup Coconut Milk - canned
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • To make the smoothie, place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. *This is a great smoothie to add along side a quick breakfast. For example: pair with frittata muffins.
