Sardine Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs - chopped (parsley, thyme, oregano, chives)
  • Sea Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Radicchio - to taste
  • Mixed Greens - to taste
  • 4 Lettuce Leaf
  • 1 can Sardines in Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mash the sardines and olive oil together with a fork. Stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, fresh capers, and minced herbs of your choice.
  • Season with additional sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Lay out your choice of lettuce wrap and fill with a handful of mixed greens and top with a spoonful of sardine mash. Fold over the the sides and eat like a mini "wrap ".
