Pomegranate Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 teaspoon Tamari
  • 1.25 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Arrowroot Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger - minced

Instructions
 

  • To make the sauce, heat a small sauce pan over high heat with tamari, pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar, and water. Once boiling, add arrowroot powder and whisk fast until thickened. Add ginger and set aside to cool.

Notes

We recommend using Thai Kitchen brand gluten free tamari, and pure pomegranate juice with no added sugars or other fruit juices.
