Instructions
To make the pan-fried chard, finely chop the stems of the Swiss chard, discarding any damaged ends.
Heat a medium sized skillet on high with toasted sesame oil and salt. Add chopped stems, and stir constantly until slightly tender. Add chopped chives and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve as a side.
