Pan-fried Chard Stems

Ingredients
  

  • 2 head Swiss Chard - stems of 2 heads of swiss chard
  • 2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Chives - finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • To make the pan-fried chard, finely chop the stems of the Swiss chard, discarding any damaged ends.
  • Heat a medium sized skillet on high with toasted sesame oil and salt. Add chopped stems, and stir constantly until slightly tender. Add chopped chives and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve as a side.
