Oven Roasted Kale

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Rinse the kale, and tear leafy parts away from the stems. Roughly chop into smaller pieces, and lay down amongst two baking sheets.
  • Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then distribute between both sheet pans of kale. Toss kale with sauce, and bake for 4-5 minutes or until wilted and crunchy, but still green.
