Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 cup Hummus
  • 10 Rice Crackers - plain
  • 4 ounce Smoked Salmon - sliced
  • 0.5 tablespoon Capers
  • 0.25 teaspoon Fresh Dill - dried
  • 3 Green Onion - chopped (green parts only)
  • 1 Lemon - wedge

Instructions
 

  • Choose ¼ cup of your favorite GOLO Gurus hummus recipe (we recommend the Living Free Hummus) and top your rice crackers with a smear of hummus, slice of salmon and garnish with capers, dill, green onions and a squeeze of lemon.
