GutRx Green Onion Creamy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Raw Macadamia Nuts - (soaked for 20 minutes, drained & rinsed)
  • 0.25 cup Green Onion - (green part only)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Chinese (Garlic) Chives
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk - canned, no gums added

Instructions
 

  • To make the dressing, blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).

Notes

We recommend Native Forest canned full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
