Glow Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Orange - juiced
  • 2 Kiwi - diced
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe - diced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint - finely chopped
  • 1 cup Red Raspberries
  • Whipped Cream - to taste
  • 1 cup Red Grapes - sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoon Hemp Seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add the fresh orange juice, grapes, kiwi, cantaloupe, hemp seeds, and fresh mint. Toss well to combine. Then gently stir in the raspberries. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of coconut milk.

Notes

In place of the whipped cream you can also make coconut milk whipped cream. We recommend Native Forest unsweetened full fat coconut milk for this recipe.
