Crunchy Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 2 head Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper - freshly cracked
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Chop broccoli heads into even, bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil, and lay down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Roast for 5-6 minutes, and toss again half way through. The broccoli should be roasted, but still slightly crunchy.
  • Squeeze lemon over broccoli before serving.

Notes

½ cup broccoli is low FODMAP.
