Coconut Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lime Juice
  • 4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil - + 1 tsp
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1.25 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt - plain, unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • To make dressing, Blend ingredients together until smooth in a blender or food processor (blend for approximately 10 seconds).

Notes

We recommend Coconut Grove plain unsweetened coconut yogurt. Or you may substitute with homemade 24 hour yogurt.
You'll find 24 hour yogurt recipe on our site, or you may use Green Valley lactose free yogurt (if you tolerate pectin well).
